Dyfed Alarms Ltd

Over three weeks ago I contacted Dyfed Alarms with a view to installing security cameras at our property. I had to chase them up to get one of their salesmen to come out and survey the property! Surely they should of been keen and got someone to me as soon as possible. The survey was done and the salesman assured me that a quote for the work would be with me within a week. Guess what? It's is now over a week and despite me sending them an email, reminding them of their obligation, I still haven't received the promised quote. Don't bother with this company. They have no sense of customer service and no professionalism at all. Obviously Dyfed Alarms are not bothered about household customers.

Took three weeks to get a response, another three to get an engineer out, after that they just said they can't reset the system they installed for a previous owner and I'd need to buy a new DVR. Could have saved myself 6 weeks and countless emails / calls to chase them. Dread to think if this had been an urgent issue. Bullet dodged. Avoid.

Totally got it wrong, engineers brought 2 cctv cameras, completely different ones to what the salesman brought, I asked for a camera that would not be seen, and the send a big round white one, and a long white one, cost £1200. Needed them urgent as going through a very tough time with neighbour, got really upset. Would never ever recommend them.

Awesome company, well organised and inexpensive considering the level of service. All sales and technicians are polite and professional and I can definitely recommend them. We are a Cardigan Bay holiday park and use them for alarms, fire and CCTV.

Go to place in Carmarthenshire for cameras. They know their stuff and are always helpful when I have a problem.They have installed a burglar alarm for me in the past which is still in use after many years.Big company, not a one man band.100% recommend

We have to leave a review.. 11 years with this company. Now nothing but intimidating letters asking for money that isn't owed.. Won't be using them again

Well established company around South West Wales, I have used on a number of occasions with always top service from Rhys, Craig, Steve and co.Competitively priced with excellent aftercare which is very important.I would 100% recommend this company.

Very impressed with service. Phoned on Sunday morning to report fault with alarm which we have had for 10 years and this was the first time we had problem with it, polite operator took my call and informed me engineer would return my call which he did. Arranged to meet later as I was away from building when he phoned, he phoned again when he was 5 mins away from my premises. The engineer give it the works he fixed the problem in no time and no mess explained clearly what fault was. Cant praise the service highly enough and see why there business has been doing so well since they started back in 1977. Well done first class. Well worth paying for yearly contract as you have a service every year with them. Thanks again DYFED ALARMS.

I've known of Dyfed alarms for years so they seemed the obviously choice when I moved to new premises. The service offered by them is fantastic and I can sleep well at night knowing the premises is secure and fire alarms are in good order to protect my staff. I can't recommend highly enough.
