Dropped my shih-tzu off for a full groom and nails to be clipped. I was told it would take 1 hour to 90 mins. Got a call after 50 mins saying he was ready. Then when i got there got told his fave and nails couldn't be done as he was too aggressive. He is 4 years old and have never been told this by anyone as he is a very, placid sociable dog! I got the feeling the 2 young girls just couldn't be bothered. I decided to take £5 off the £35 price as job wasn't completed and I got a barrel of abuse from the girl. AVOID!!!

Great job done again for my wee dog, definitely recommend
