Green Lane Blinds

I purchased blinds from Green Lane Blinds last year, I am very pleased with them. The service I received was fantastic, friendly helpful staff, good selection of quality blinds to choose from, and quick delivery and fitting. I cannot recommend this company enough. My blinds are still in perfect condition and I would happily use this company again if I ever needed new ones.

Had 7 roller blinds fitted with in less then a week from ringing the shop for appointment an me picking them and for them to come and fit them, . Absolutely brilliant. The lad was lovely very helpful on both occasions. Nick i think his name is ha. They even rang me on the day to tell me they will be running abit late as they was so busy, and i was truly grateful for them have done that, brilliant services. Will highly recommend green lane blinds ❤ x

Cannot praise Green Lane Blinds highly enough! Measured Tuesday, phone call Wednesday to confirm fitting, fitted Friday! I needed them for privacy really but, they really do look stylish and add a lovely finishing touch. So well made, very reasonably priced, the fitters worked so well and quickly, they weren’t here long enough to have a cuppa! Lovely people, so respectful, I definitely would use them again and would highly recommend them! Thank you

Over a period of about 2 yrs, I have had 2 lots of verticals replaced & had a rolier blind installed. Nick is a really courteous guy. Also the phone receptionists are v.helpful & would highly recommend this business to everyone & keep up the good work & go from strength to strength.

Green lane blindsSo this is the update. Below is their response to the letter I have sent as advised by Citizens Advice Bureau. Green Lane Blinds aka Classical Blinds had themselves directed me to the CAB. Now they are refusing to engage further. They have provided no evidence of any investigation. They did not even come to inspect the blind. Again, please be forewarned and avoid dealing with these people. A reputable company would provide better customer service.Hi katia ,The goods were not damaged at the time of purchase. We have looked into this matter thoroughly and will not be giving you a refund nor will we be spending anymore time on this matter.All further complaints, concerns and comments are no longer of relevance and will be ignored we have spent fair time and we have have dealt with this issue fairly and properly.Kind regardsDo not under any circumstances use this company. They supplied and fitted a defective blind that has some sort of paste smeared over it in an attempt to hide a fault. After a very distressing process trying to resolve the issue where I was spoken to in an intimidating and aggressive manner by employees, they are accusing us of having applied the substance and are asking for more money to repair the blind. They have not even been out to inspect the issue. A combination of poor professionalism, poor products and shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs .Unfortunately their response below is more testament to the shocking customer service we are experiencing. Why we would apply an unknown substance to a blind is hard to fathom it could be harmful we don't even know what it is.
