Great bakery. Lovely coffee, nice cakes and very friendly staff. Nice place to chill out and relax in. The staff are very welcoming and friendly to talk to.

Rude staff. Walked in to buy a birthday cake on Sunday 10th December and assume because of the colour of my skin I was ignored. Not by one member of staff, but four. The final one looked at me, grunted and walked off.Their loss as I was there to spend good money. Racist establishment. Can’t comment on the quality of food but given I wasn’t given the chance to by anything, won’t be returning.

Nice bakery, the staff there are very nice.The hygiene is also very good.

This bakery is dumping their bread in the nearby park causing a multitude of problems for the residents of the area. Not only is the bread causing problems to the wildlife of the park but it is also now attracting rats. Do not give this business your money, they have been approached about the issues they are causing and they have chosen to ignore.

Today was my second time at Bonjour, and both times the customer service was atrocious. The first time, the man at the till was quite rude whenever I asked for something, and became inexplicably hostile when I didn't know what a white Americano was (I had asked for an Americano). I paid, and left. Came back several days later (today). At the till was a man (same from days earlier, who mistreated me) and a woman, and this time there were a few customers in front of me. The woman kept making inappropriate remarks about the customers in Portuguese (which is also my first language) to the man working at the till, and complaining.When it got to my turn, I asked something regarding the bourekas (they were incorrectly labelled and looked like spinach was running out when it was potatoes; not a big deal but the availability would determine how many I could buy) and the woman started saying inappropriate and vulgar things about me as well, as she went to pick up the bourekas I had asked for. She was extremely rude the whole time, as I was paying she continued to be rude and inappropriate. I then asked if the older man standing close by was the manager, I was told that he wasn't. I asked for the manager, and was told that there wasn't one. Then I was asked why I was asking for the manager, and I responded in Portuguese (so that they'd understand that I'd heard and understood what they were saying about the customers, myself included) that their rude behaviour was not acceptable. The man (not the older one) verbally abused me further, telling me how I deserved it, amongst other things.Having now read the complaints written about these two workers, going as far as a year ago, it seems like Bonjour Bakery just doesn't care about the way they've been mistreating the customers, as the behaviour persists.

Fantastic bakery. Lovely fresh bakery items. Authentic Jewish items. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Friendly staff, decent prices. Tried the mushroom puff pastry and spinach puff pastry. Very tasty!

Poor quality food, inadequate pricing, really not worth coming here, plus they are dumping insane amounts of food waste. Shameful really

Excellent bakery with wide range of products and food goods.The staff are often very friendly and there is a small amount of seating inside.Their pastries are some of the best kosher in London. Highly recommended even if a little expensive
