Really pleased with the whole experience of engaging Peter Cox to solve a damp problem. The engineer who cam to undertake the initial survey was extremely thorough and explained the methodology of the inspection and what the results meant. Tom was then assigned to fix the problems over a two day period and again he was excellent at explaining the work to be done and what he would be doing each day. Tom was punctual, has done a great job and left the place clean and tidy. What more could you ask for?
