Tower Veterinary Group, Acomb Surgery

New vet is brilliant. He fully explains everything taking his time so that you can actually take in what he says. Very caring with pets. On observation everyone seemed happy as they left and pets not overly stressed. Nurses can't do enough for you and your pet too. Well done Tower Vets Acomb certainly deserve an extra 5 stars in my opinion.

I've been with Tower Vets for a few years now and have consistently been very satisfied with them. The staff are all very friendly, caring and professional. I've always managed to get an appointment quickly and I have been super impressed by their measures put in place through the pandemic. The health of my pet has always been put first and I've always been told of all courses of action in regards to my pet and the potential benefits/consequences of each. I really appreciate that level of transparency and honesty.

Wonderful kind and compassionate vet though the reception is a little bit small perhaps! So helpful and loving, with my dog and with me as it was my first time registering at a vet and I had brought everything from her food and probiotics to her sun wipes, and what I hadn't brought I'd written down. Their Pet Health Plan is a great idea and I'm sure it'll be well worth the cost.

Fantastic service really impressed at the friendly reception.Gave our puppy her Jabs checked her over and gave great advice......One year on very happy with the practice who have a great monthly plan to help budget for the essentials, always greeted by friendly staff.

Such a fantastic vets! Our little Jack Russel has been registered with Tower Vets for just over 5 years and we have always been over the moon with the level of service at all our local practices. Re-ordering and collection of routine meds and booking of appointments is efficient, emergency support has been fantastic on the couple of occasions we’ve needed it and all the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. We always feel like our pup is in really safe hands.

We changed Vets to this place, you should do the same you won't regret it.All staff are really nice, thorough in their job and communication is 10/10. They treat the pets so well and will explain every single detail if you ask, my last Vet was NOT like this... At all.My cat is very scared/defensive at the vets but they still said how cute she was even though she did probably scratch and hiss at them a few times, they seemed genuinely interested in her.My GF's idea to change to this vet and she must have done her research because I'm sure you won't find a nicer one around here, I found out my mum also changed vets to here and said she is glad she did.I think that speaks for itself really!!

This vet is abusive, for a minor problem with my cat he makes you come a thousand times to prescribe drops once and only when the cat is better does he think to prescribe an anti-pain medication and wants us to come back a 4th time just to see. At 60 pounds a session that's a lot, not professional at all, very disappointed.

Vets. Always expensive but yr pets need them & we cannot do without them.
