Sorry a bad review Bexleyheath. Pop in today 13/10 i've got to say one of the worst customer service i've had to experienced. Ordered a latte got a tea. Ordered a jacket potato with cheese and got cheese&beans. Card got declined for some reason NO receipt for that,by law you have to give one. When it guy brought it over i said that not what i ordered he just look at me in a an amazement. Went to till had to argue to get right order. Got a 25p refund on beans lol.Eventually 20mins later my jacket potato arrives with cheese. Oh i've seen more cheese on a little cheese biscuit. I do have to say a very rude manager brought my food over to me and start to give every excuses possible why some many mistakes in one order. I did ask for a full refund he declined and said we not allowed to give refunds Hmmm but the manager give me 25p refund so making up own rules as they go along. To top it all of went to the loo a lady came out and said no loo paper left so ask a guy can you please refill the loo paper up . He went in and said there is some i said look again and he pulled one little piece of he looked at me and laugh and said i will get some more lol. To many workers behind the till not knowing what there are doing . Never again will i go in the cafe

Really lovely cafe in terms of decor and ambience. Food is yummy with a range of halal and vegetarian options, albeit a bit overpriced. Service is usually good; a lovely European lady (unfortunately do not know her name) is always happy to help and amend my order the way I’d like, however, the last time I went, a member of staff rolled her eyes after I added something to my order and was reluctant to amend my order the way I usually do. She was giving a few dirty looks too which I found very unprofessional and rude.

Ordering slightly chaotic. Too many people doing the same thing behind the counter, so orders getting made and nobody knowing who they're for.Food was pretty good but nothing special or different to the other places in the area.Very clean.Staff mainly friendly but a few not so much.Overall it was OK but I'm not sure I'd rush back again...

Amazing experience. Was overwhelmed by excellent customer service by staff, above and beyond. So much choice of food and drink. Really good quality. Spent about 3 hours here. Ordered more food and drink because it was so delicious and I felt so relaxed. Able to bring children. Very clean throughout. toilet available, impressed with facilities. Beautiful foliage; The plants add so much to the atmosphere. Lovely lighting. So many different seating arrangements, very comfortable, seating available outside. Staff mentioned vegan sausage roll going to be available soon, looking forward to this. Definitely coming back. I plan to become a regular here, so I can do reading, listening to music, and art and writing on my laptop. Also sharing beautiful connection times with others, looking forward to bringing all my friends and family here. Wish could give a 1, 000 platinum stars rating to this place. Recommended +++ xxx Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience xxx

The store is fine; it's new and there are plenty of seats.The food and drink is not very good though. The iced americano has too much water added and has a very bland taste. The carrot cake looked good but tasted below average, I would say.

Second visit here. Large selection of sandwiches/baguettes/muffins. Decent coffee and tasty food.A modern looking coffee shop, Really nice atmosphere. Clean and tidy.

Tried to buy 3 items as a takeaway while waiting for my bus. Well it was an ordeal that ended with no sale.For some reason the manager seems to have to take all orders and then pass them onto an assistant, then the assistant asks you again what you want then tries to till it up.The till seems to be only a permanent go slow and failed to produce a total owed for my 3 items.I asked them to hurry up as my bus was due still nothing, by now I had my items and had handed over cash.I'm the end I had to take my money back and hand back the items.I wonder how many sales have been lost this way, they are definitely not geared up for takeaways.

I was given a pizza baguette slice with an unknown meat hidden under the cheese, I have been a strict vegetarian, borderline vegan for 7 years. I did not realise there was meat until a couple of bites and by that time I was devastated. I tried to express my disappointment with staff and instead of genuinely apologising or doing more I was offered a sheepish smile and sorry and to add to the insult I had actually clarified I wanted just cheese and tomato on baguette 3 times. I am so upset and outraged I would not recommend this place to anyone vegan or vegetarian or who wants to receive what they ordered overall.
