Great products and customer service. Rang a couple of times for updates and was given estimated time for the delivery which was very helpful in planning the work for the day. Felt a very personal service where they knew my order just from my name. Delivery guy was great too and the liner and cowl hanger were excellent quality. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. One of very few suppliers of the Dinak twin wall 3 inch flue system which is needed for the Pipsqueak stove. Supplying everything you could possibly need. I'm super chuffed with my purchases and the incredibly helpful staff and next day deliver if needed. Hence had to leave a review. Top class

Time wasters, lack of information on their website causes the need to call and find out more information only to be told they apparently have stopped dispatching orders.Complete waste of time, they don't even know how to find your order.When I called and finally got through the just argued and claimed this information was on the website, if this was on there I wouldn't need to call!

Direct flues are one of those company's that deserve the name honest traders . They are quick to dispatch and deliver goods, are cheaper than there competitors , communication is fast and plesent .I had an order of twin wall had a problem with one of the bits and they sorted me out fast and no quibblesThanks very much to the company and will use again in the future for my chimney needs
