Move It All Removals

We moved house at the weekend and hired a Luton van. We couldn't recommend Move It All higher, the two movers that helped us were SO friendly and professional, and made a stressful situation totally calm and manageable. We really didn't think that we would fit all our stuff in one van load, but the guys managed it easily, and we managed to pack, move and unload all within three hours!I very rarely leave reviews for anything, but felt the need to come and shout from the rooftops - Move It All were cheaper than lots of other companies and were just total joys. Thanks!

We cannot recommend Nelson more highly. On the morning of our move (a Sunday), the movers we had originally booked let us down, and thank goodness we found Nelson online, gave him a call, and within the hour he was here with his helper Ali. He was incredibly professional, reassuring, quick but careful, and did a fantastic job. We would have been in trouble without him, so thank you again Nelson for saving the day.

Sir Nelson was very polite, helpful and professional. Even when I’ve had so many issues, not once did he seemed annoyed or irritable.The transit was also very enjoyable, listening to music and gave me advice with the new chapter in my life.Even offered to stay longer just to make sure get in my new place safely.So, if anyone is looking for a reliable, professional, easy and smooth transaction and move, sir Nelson is definitely your guy!

AVOID!They managed to break my TV during a move and after contacting Nelson a bunch of times they still haven't compensated me after over 5 months of chasing. My texts and calls are all being ignored and go straight to voicemail almost like they blocked my number.Absolutely shameless even after i gave the 2 a generous tip.EDIT: The owner replied to me after he saw my review asking me to take it down. Unfortunately after 8 months i still havent received any compensation or resolution like he claims he has actioned on the replies. Nelson promised me that he will give me £290.38p for the damages but Instead my messages are being ignored again so I will keep this review up as long as it takes until the matter is resolved.

Easy to book, arrived on time and all went as planned. Even had some nice conversations along the way. Professional and reliable, highly recommended.
