Pleasant people always ready with a smile, I am glad they are open again!

Had mini valet done from this car wash tiday Monday 22nd May 23 howver have used this car wash many times before and were okay.Today they done mini valet and I pointed out that the wheels are not cleaned properly and are still dirty, I was told by the older man that we have no time to clean/scrubb them again..Every car wash will clean wheels again if they are not washed properly.When one pays £15 to have car cleaned in/out you expect it to be done correctly. The car was not even hoovered from inside properly. I asked for a receipt and the same older man and the regular lady said that it will cost extra £5 for receipt totalling £20.These people thing money grows on trees and that we are stupid to pay them £5 extra for a piece of paper which he wrote 15 €. Not even educated to even write a receipt correctly.Wife had car washed same day and they told her to go and hoover your car at home if it's not done correctly. Then why are we paying the car wash people to clean our cars in/out if they are unable to do the work properly.Avoid this car wash only go if you are throwing your hard earned cash.
