Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

Absolutely disgusting! Our unit arrived with two sides structural damage a large chunk out of the drawer and Easy Bathrooms customer service is beyond disgusting. They have not offered to replace it offer a repair or refund a unit that is in an unacceptable condition. They say they give you 14 days to check it which we did the outer of the unit as plumber was not arriving until later. When we completely unboxed and opened the drawers alas the damage. Customer service is totally useless and we would recommend people stay well clear of purchasing anything from them. They try to blame show room staff but will not accept that it either went into packaging damage or delivery people have dropped this or damaged it. Totally disgusted in the service.
