Tamer was great with the initial viewing and making the offer and Evie has looked after us incredibly well since including organising surveys, solicitors etc and checking in regularly with updates and driving the purchase forward. Doug and the team at Conran were great! We used them for the sale of our two bed house in Greenwich and they were always quick to respond, conscientious, and did their best for us - offering counsel and adivce to help us navigate what is not always an easy process. In our case, things were not always straight forward, as we were part of a chain and not everyone in it was always the easiest to work with, but Doug did his best to offer advice and keep everyone happy, and so we got it over the line in the end - which is what matters! I would happily recommend Conran and Doug to anyone looking to sell or buy, and I would certainly use them again!

My experience with Conran and specifically working with Vanessa to find a rental property was excellent. Vanessa went above and beyond to help secure a property. I was always updated along the way which really helped as renting can be extremely stressful. I will definitely use Conran again in the future for rentals and eventually when I start my search for my forever home.

Doug Norris at Conran is really not only one of the nicest and most effective people in real estate I ever dealt with, but possibly that I ever met as well. It doesn't often happen that a business relationship turns into friendship.He helped us sell the property we bought with them years ago and, even though the sale was fraught with conveyancing difficulties, his calm positivity and resolve made all the difference.I would wholeheartedly recommend using Conran when looking to sell or buy your home.
