They have consistently proven the best to deal with, getting the best rents, and the highest quality tenants. I use them solely now. My letting process has been great and couldn’t be more grateful for Izzy who helped me secure such a great flat at a reasonable price, and made the entire process so smooth. Don’t have great experience with real estate agencies in London but this has been simple and hassle free and my requests as a tenant have been met and included in my contract (which given the amount of leverage landlords have in London is worth pointing out)! I've had an extremely unsatisfactory experience. The noise issue, which has persisted for two weeks, is significantly affecting our sleep and overall well-being. Regrettably, Dexters continues to assert that it is not their responsibility to address this matter. There was no solution for any problems we met and the team was really inefficient. Never rent from Dexters.

Had a short time to rent a flat in SW London and Dexters went above and beyond! Huge thanks to Sam at the South Ken office for helping us find our dream flat! My girlfriend and I just moved in together, in our favourite choice of flat which Sam went above and beyond to secure for us. He really understood our enthusiasm for the style and architecture, and passed this on to the landlord who was really looking for someone who would love the property in a special way. I would give them a zero if that option was available. I went through hell dealing with a good agent" who had multiple mistakes on my move in and credit checking as well as bank deposit details - all of which were documented. Her boss saved the day at that time so I went on with signing the lease. 3 months later I find out this particular agent has again given the wrong information and I am appalled that I am told by the manager it was me who misunderstood. Please read this company's Yelp reviews as those are closer to reality.I was told they’ve let lots of apartments and I’m the only one to complain - please have them read some of the reviews here and on Yelp too! It is clearly not just me!"
