Really friendly staff, and awesome merch! I got the dirty milk tea and I didn’t love the brown sugar boba itself, wish I got tapioca instead, but the drink as a whole was nice! I’ll definitely try again!

The bubble tea stand offers an impressive variety of options, making it a paradise for bubble tea enthusiasts like me. The range of flavors and toppings available is extensive, allowing for endless combinations. However, there were a few instances where the staff's performance fell short. On one occasion, despite being the last person in the queue, I was denied service, which left me disappointed. Another time, the staff failed to listen to my specific preferences for sugar and ice levels in my drink. When I questioned this, I overheard the lady taking the order instructing her colleague to dilute it. It was disheartening to pay a significant amount for a watered-down milk tea. Despite these setbacks, my love for bubble tea will bring me back to this stand. However, it is evident that the staff could benefit from additional training to enhance their customer service skills and attention to detail. For this reason my review is 3 stars out of 5.

These bubble drinks are something else totally addictive, it’s definitely a niche product however across costa are doing something slightly similar.

Excellent customer service, super friendly staff. An employee, I cannot recall her name (begins with an M) had gone above and beyond to serve me two last minute drinks near to store closing time. Really appreciate the extra effort and service, would go again and recommend to others. Drinks were great too. Thank you!

Bubble ci tea is a phenomenal bubble tea place in fosse park Leicester the staff are kind and if your drink isn’t mixed properly they provide you with a new one they even give you a free drink every ten bubble teas you have!

Just had a matcha here. Supposed to be warm, but its cold and nothing can be done about this. Why to sell it as warm?

Very bad experience, first of all we don’t know how to order because this is our first time, when we ask her for the guidance all staff members making fun of us, also when we ask about our bill she charge me extra but of course she realised afterwards, and test is really bad, please make sure you will always kind with your customer, no one is perfect everyone is learning.thank you
