Worst experienced I have had with this removal/relocation company.At the beginning of booking my shipment everything was addressed with professionalism however due to change in my circumstances I had to cancel my plans to relocate and returned to UK. Therefore requested for delivery of my shipment back to my home address in UK.It has been worst the experience since requesting this in beginning of Dec, initially i was given flexibility with delivery slots available but then speaking to the manager dealing with my file, I was advised this was not possible. I kept getting contradictory information from their members of staff.In the end I received my shipment on 17th Dec with some items missing and some damaged damaged. The claims team are now dealing with this but only had just the one reply from them as yet.I am owed a refund on the invoice I paid which was demanded to be paid in full ASAP prior to the collection of the household items and furniture in Aug 2021, despite providing my account details to the manager 3 weeks ago I am yet awaiting for this to be processed. I thought the refund process would be straight forward as you would expect with companies based in the UK and it will be refunded via the original payment method so I wouldn’t be required to provide my credit card details. However I have been asked to provide my account details which I did but still waiting for money to be paid back to me. I can’t seem to understand why there is a delay in processing a straight forward refund.I chose Crown Relocations for removal services hoping I’ll get an excellent service but their services that have been promoted by celebrities are all just money making schemes and perhaps the professional service is just for rich high profile people.Absolutely disgusted with their service, I emailed the manager last week chasing the refund but no response, called different numbers today but no answer and the one staff I finally spoke to just fobbed me off saying sorry I can’t help you & you will have to liaise with my manager as she is dealing with your file. There’s no complaints team either so I can escalate my complaint.Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
