It was 20.55 at fuel. Others were fuelling and wife's car was very low, with kids. Cashier just kept saying we shut at 21.00. Pointed out it was 5 mins to go and was self service anyway....just said no. Expensive anyway and staff are foul mouthed when customers about.

Mayday Mon 2nd .. ordered Fish &Chip meal with a coffee .The DIY automated menu was troublesome to navigate.. but eventually accepted my card &order. I went looking to find a table, my cutlery , and condiments. .. again no instructions or clues to use the machine and 'help' eventually arrived . The cutlery was in a 'disgusting ' state with food and grease still sticking from previous uses and nothing more than a 'dunk' in soapy water.. there were absolutely NO salt, vinegar, ketchup in the stand and again an assistant informed me he'd attend to this. I sat polishing my knife and fork and sipping my 'lukewarm' coffee and had finished it before my meal arrived . My meal arrived 17 minutes after I'd sat down . piping hot fish, lukewarm chips, cold mushy peas, the portion was 'miserly' &served on a small 'breakfast' plate... 15 chips at best.. i was criticised for not giving my table number..?? How am i supposed to know before I've sat?? Ah . Just 'ignore' the automated service and place an order at the counter next time . (next time. ?? As if.!! ) I glanced around at no more than 6 occupied tables, whilst around 18/20 tables sat with uncollected trays, plates, cups .. what a 'shambolic' show . After my 'meal' i decided to pick up a few 'groceries' if only there was a 'handbasket' available to use... Nope.!! just two empty wheeled stands .. so i collected my own from the nearest unmanned checkout. The shop was the 'quietest' I'd seen it over many years of showing my loyalty. .. before 'defecting' to rival stores. Was i won over to 'try' again .. sadly not.

Had a lovely experience on 18/10/23, just after 11am). Wanted to buy a new magazine, but it wasn't on shelf yet. A man who was filling shelves found me in the shop and handed it to me. A lot of thanks, it was great! What a service!

I purchased a beautiful £25 bouquet of flowers from here. 3 days later they were dead. I threw away the receipt so Morrisons would not do anything about it. My fault for throwing away the receipt. But I won't be purchasing flowers from here again. Unhelpful in-store florist with an attitude.

Like every Morrisons always seems to be full of old people no matter what time of the day.The actual place is ok if not a tad expensive compared to other supermarkets, sandwich selection is ok if you get in early. Salad bar is very poor compared to what it used to be. Overall it’s a last call to get some lunch if in a hurry.Own made sandwiches in store guess the staff don’t care about presentation! This is the best of the egg and cress sandwiches so imagine the others!

Clean, tidy aisles, i find the prices are a lot dearer than other supermarkets. Can never find a worker on the shop floor to ask for help.i only visit for items i cant get elsewhere. Too expensive for a weekly shopping trip

Overpriced. The cooked meat section is terrible and the meat I got ( ox tungue) was rubbery salty and was anything but fresh. Marries dog biscuits £2.50 I can get them for £1.39 a total disgrace. Bananas looked as though they had been on the shelf for 4 months and when u come to pay 2 checkouts open with 6 customers standing at each one.

Enjoy shopping there , only problem I have is the access for pushchairs and wheelchairs the only safe place to walk them is in the middle of the car park and you have to cross a few of the roads in the car park, car drivers don't give much consideration to the users someone is going to be injured sooner or later ,more safe paths are needed .

Reasonable sized store.I hate the self scan tills and there are a fair amount of them for baskets and a few for self scan with a trolley. They usually have one or two staffed cashier's on tills and they tend to have a qué for them (Morrisons please take note that people seem to want the staffed tills!).I've never been and not seen a qué at the staffed tills!Cafe and small coffee bar available.Flower shop on the foyer.Delicatessen, pizza and chicken counters.Cash machines outside.Nice big car park. The staff they have seem nice.
