Used this salon several times since I moved to Plymouth. Good prices on the surface, which is why I go. Twice had cut and colour done and was very happy. Went on Saturday to find they had lost my records so couldn't do my colour which I was very annoyed about. The guy behind the computer was very unhelpful and rude about the whole thing. I had been for colour 4months earlier and they had my records then but he didn't care, or apologize. Got my hair cut at least by lovely lady I've had before who apologised and reassured me that when I returned in a couple of days for my colour (having had another patch test done) it would at least be cheaper. When I returned today I was unfortunate enough to have the rude chap at the desk to do my hair. As I had already waited over an hour and was getting pressed for time I felt I had no choice, especially as they seemed short staffed.He asked me what colour I wanted and I explained that I didn't know what they had used last time as my records had been lost. So with lots of eye rolling he got the boards but wouldn't give me any time to examine them. I let him choose the colour in the end as he seemed impatient and I was feeling uncomfortable and pressured. He also told me I would have to pay £36 for my only just past shoulder hair and wouldn't listen when I said I had been told I'd get it cheaper cos they couldn't do it Saturday (because of their incompetent record keeping) and that my hair had already been shortened. So instead of originally paying £36 for a cut and colour, I have had to fork out £48 as well as making two trips into town which is a fair distance to travel for me. I could've paid that in a local salon and saved the hassle and the extremely rude treatment. Safe to say I will not be returning again.

I like to use this salon as it is reasonably priced, no frills- no wash or blow dry with a cut. I am usually pleased with the cut itself.

I have used this hairdresser for many months now. For the price they do a lovely wash and blow dry and fringe trim. I know it is cheap but the other day I spent £70 on hair and manicures and have to say they did a lovely job.My complaint is the atmosphere, when you walk in they look at you in horror and are quite abrupt with you, they they go on to explain that there is only Two on duty and they are soooo busy. The manager comes over as very aggressive (but once you get to know her she is fine)I would just like to say that although you are cheap you need to review your contact with potential customers (even more now after covid restrictions, people are not going to put up with surly staff.)I am going to try your competitor up the street next time as I have heard they welcome you with smiles and are great fun!!!

Had a dry cut today. Told the hairdresser to leave the back longer as I don't like my neck shaved but she cut the back short then shaved my neck after very nice person but not listening to the client.

Love this shop, I am fussy when it comes to my hair only really trust 2 people there to do my hair. And sunbed are really good

Very lovely lady who cut my hair and was so gentle with the cap I almost fell asleep it was that soothing. Highly recommend and good value for the money
