I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mr Phone and Vape in Swan Walk Leatherhead, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. My damaged screen needed replacing, and they not only did it within the promised time frame but also demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise in their work. It's evident that you're not just paying for a repair service, but for the skills and professionalism of these individuals. I highly recommend Mr Phone and Vape for their excellent service and customer care. They've earned a loyal customer in me!

TODAY BEING SATURDAY 23rd SEPTEMBER 2023 WAS THE FIRST AND MOST PROBABLY THE LAST TIME I WILL BE USING THIS VAPE SHOP LIVING MILES AWAY FROM LEATHERHEAD IS AWAY TO TRAVEL BUT A FRIEND HAD SPOKEN ABOUT THE STORE SO I THOUGHT I WILL GIVE IT A LOOK AT FOR MYSELF AS SOON AS MY SON AND MYSELF WALKET IN YES A NICE CLEAN FRIENDLY SHOP WE LOOKET AROUND WHY DOING SO THE GUY WHO WAS WORKING NOT ONCE ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANY HELP HE WAS JUST SHOUTING OUT PRINCES ANYWAY MY SON GOT A VAPE HE PAID £65 FOR THE VAPE AND £FOR LIQUID WE PAID THE MONEY WE DIDN'T GET OFFERED OUR RECIPE EVEN THOUGH WE ASKED IT TWICE WHEN WE GOT HOME AFTER DRIVING THE 15 MILES BACK WE PUT THE VAPE ON CHARGE AND NOTHING HAPPENED WE READTHEBOOKLET AND NOTICED THE GUY HAD NOT GIVEN US BATTERIES SO I WENT ON THE WEB SIT AND IT SAID THEY CLOSEAT 6PM SO I RANG AND THTHMAANGER SAID THEY CLOSE AT 6.30 SO IT WAS WRONG INFO ON THE WEB PAGE SO WE DROVE THE 15 MILES ONCE AGAIN BACK TO THE VAPE SHOP WERE THE GUY CHARGED USE £10 FOR THE BATTERS THAT ARE MENT TO COME FREE THN OF WE GO AGAIN 15MILES HOME 4THTIME 60MIL60ALL TO GETHER FOR FOR THE VVAPESTILL NOT TO WWORKI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VAPE SHOP TO AYSUNDAY 24TH SEPTEMBER 2023IN REGARDS TO THE REVIEW THAT I GAVE YESTERDAY I WOULD LIKE TO WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGISE AND SAY THAT I AM SORRY AND I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE BACK WHAT I SAID THE MANAGER SENT ME I LOVEY MESSAGE AND ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF WE ARE ALL UP AND RUNNING NOW AND I AM VERY VERY VERY HAPPY WITH HAPPY I WILL BE TELLING ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY MR PHONE AND VAPE IS THE PLACE TO THANK U KIND REGARDS
