Richard fixed my chipped tooth like a true pro. Lovely guy as well, as were all of the staff. 5 stars!

Richard has been my dentist for over 25 years, and not because he is local, as I travel from the South side of Norwich, but because I trust him to give me and my family, the best dental advice and treatment. He and his team are always very caring and professional. I would recommend Richard without hesitation.

Rude receptionist, absolutely no people skills at all ! Turned up for ‘’my appointment’’ which it wasn’t there in the end as I got confused and it was at a different dental centre, opened the door, the lady looked at me and all she said was: yes ? I said : morning, I have an appointment at 9:30 as to what she responded repeatedly for about 3 times ‘no you don’t ‘ I checked my messages and realised it was my mistake, so I apologised and again got a bad look and again a rude response ! Absolutely rude - I don’t want to think she was rude because of the way I look and my accent, however very hard not to think that way ! Very very very rude !
