We had a great experience. The staff at the hotel, especially those working on the Friday evening (1st December), were excellent. They were so helpful with some issues we were having and resolved everything super quickly.

We stayed over due to hospital appointments. We booked a taxi the night before and the staff were on the case when the taxi was delayed in traffic, cannot fault the attention they took in following it up promptly.The room was comfortable and warm no issues. thank you very much Hull Ibis.

Rooms need updating. Strange smell. Drains smelt as did toilet. Not cleaned during stay. People coming and going all night. People hanging around outside. Scrambled egg very salty. Hash Browns soggy. How the bread was stored to get it for toast not hygienic or accessible. Good range of items and not an abundance of food on offer so minimised waste. Great location. Had to move room and reset key. Staff helpful.

You get what you pay for. Clean rooms, friendly staff and easy access to parking and the arena. Breakfast was ok. Remember this is a budget hotel and for the one night we stayed was absolutely fine. Will use again if attending another event.

An excellent experience for a hotel of this rating. Rooms clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean & adequate. A moments walk from the train station. With super happy and friendly staff. Excellent.

Stayed here recently …. Pretty good value for money. Decent breakfast and super helpful chap called Michael (repairman)who was there gave me useful information and really friendly which makes the stay more personal and pleasant. Thanks

Four ladies of a certain age spent two days at Ibis hotel. The rooms were clean and we had all we needed. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was well placed for the centre of Hull. We found lots to do and see while we were in Hull

Room was basic but comfy. Location is ideal as close to bars, shopping centre & food places. The service was fantastic!! Staff were so helpful, polite, professional. Made a fuss of my partner for her birthday. Also provided some good local knowledge as to where to go for food. Would stay again

I stayed in hull in early November for a concert and the staff were friendly and efficient and the room was very clean and spacious. Plenty of tea and coffee, spacious shower and very comfortable beds I'd reccomed for both leisure and business trips. Breakfast was available for 12 pounds but we did not use this service as there is a weather spoons directly around the corner !
