Bought through this agent and been a good experience.Had been looking in the area for a while and these have been best around which is what you'd hope for from a local independent agent. Knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.Communication was always good and the usual issues with buying and selling got sorted without added drama and stress.Will use again when time comes but very happy with purchase.Recommended.

In a tricky selling market you need an experience estate agent to sell your house – and Avenues really know the Wolverton market! Sanj and Shahab were brilliant on all counts and kept me up-to-date throughout the selling process. My house sold quickly and for a price I am very happy with. So many other agents try to entice you with unrealistic selling prices whereas they give it to you honestly exactly what your house can sell for in the current conditions. I initially approached 4 different agents and they stood out by a mile with their knowledge and expertise. I can thoroughly recommend them!

Absolutely brilliant. Sanj and Shahib at Avenues went above and beyond what we expected an estate agent to do. They were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable and always happy to answer any question quickly, however small it was. They worked with us, our solicitors, the buyer and their solicitors, and our solicitors in Scotland and acted as a highly effective and professional bridge between all parties. When someone was on holiday, there was a seamless and knowledgeable transition to somebody else moving the sale forward and answering our questions. When an unexpected issue happened at our end that delayed the sale, they were polite and professional and adjusted accordingly and ensured things progressed smoothly.
