Just taken our puppy for his first trim and brush up. Staff absolutely lovely and friendly and took really good care of our little man. Have already booked his next appointment. Highly recommend The Groom Room .

Excellent. After giving up battling with my Doberman to trim her nails i took her to the Groom Room.To my amazement she stood perfectly whilst Chloe and Abbie clipped and filed.Kisses and cuddles minutes later one happy dog one very satisfied owner. Thank you girls we will be back.

I took my Norwich terrier in for full groom as I do twice a year, Groomer A Court was as usual fantastic. Rosie is always anxious but came out looking beautiful and calm. Thank you so much, see you next year .

Ok where to start!!! Friendly staff and really warm welcome! My pug x was very nervous but they put her at ease and the main thing is they did a fabulous job on her will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Maggie x

This was the first time I used The groom room for my dog to have his nails cut.the appointment was changed by me from a full groom to just nails cut.I could not believe how my dog looked when I picked him up.he had been washed and he looked like he had been clipped.i was in total shock how bad he looked.when I got home I sat and cried.
