As part of my journey from the dark days of PTSD, I have read and researched many subjects & therapies.Full Catastrophe Living - Jon Kabat-Zinn, was a book that caught my attention and interest.Finding, and completing, a mindfulness course was the natural progression.Learning to take time being, and not just doing, may prove to be life changing.Toby's delivery of the course was digestible and I soon became at ease to be meditating with people I only knew through the course.Meditation practice in class was supported by 'online' home practices & course workbook.I would 100% recommend mindfulness & 'One Life Mindfulness'.Charlie

I've just completed the Mindfulness for Modern Life 8 Week Course with Toby and it has really given me a fresh perspective on how to cope with the stresses and issues of daily life. I especially enjoyed the silent retreat day of the course, spent in meditation and mindful activity and which was incredibly grounding for me.

Brilliant meditation course, going to it on Wednesday nights was the highlight of the week. I missed it when the course ended!Toby made it easy and simple and was great at leading meditations and I especially loved the retreat day.Ive now got back into meditating daily and I feel less stressed and caught up in the hustle bustle of daily life.Ive also noticed a reduction in my physical symptoms of chronic pain.I cannot recommend this course enough to anyone!Thanks Toby !

Toby's course was excellent! It had a positive impact on my general wellbeing and equipped me well for moving forward in my own mindful practice. Toby’s eight week course was my first introduction into Mindfulness training. Toby‘s class felt safe, secure and nurturing. I’ve never meditated before and had always imagined it would be really hard. Turns out it’s very easy! I can truly say that for me, learning Mindfulness practice has been transformational!

I joined Toby’s mindfulness group during a period of transition in my life. His approach has helped me to manage these changes in a more mindful, healthy way. Noticing how I’m feeling, being kinder and less judgemental of myself. Responding instead of reacting to the daily stresses life throws our way.Toby has years of mindfulness practice and he guided us to explore different styles of mindfulness / meditation. He is great at helping you figure out what works best for you. I really recommend joining one of Toby’s courses.

I've just finished Toby's Mindfulness for Modern Life eight week course. I came to it at a difficult time in my life and the course taught me some really useful techniques to deal with difficult emotions and to find stillness when life is stressful, and to feel self-compassion. Toby is such a patient teacher, he created a space that felt safe and welcoming and we were all able to share our experiences and feel close as a group. The group and the space were a real haven for me and I will always be grateful.

I recently completed Toby's 8 weeks mindfulness based stress reduction programme and can wholeheartedly recommend it. If you're interested in mindfulness and learning how to become less stressed and more grounded in your day to day life, this is the starting point for your new life. The monthly sessions he runs are a great way to maintain your practice.It's definitely a 5* review from me.Don't hesitate, just do it!
