Place looks good but my mother in law has lived there just over two years and from day one has had trouble with underfloor heating ie it's for ever going off an has been for last two yrs she pays a lot to live there an has to now pay a lot higher electricity bill as she has to have fire on constantly to try to stay warm.An we always get fobbed of when we go an complain to the management.

My relative has lived here for just over 3 years in this time the ROOF has leaked never been fixed the BOILER in the residential area broke and replaced with 2 KETTLE'S not appropriate for old people I would say .Yet alot of the residents pay service charges for what I ask absolutely disgusting

Extremely poor management, one in particular, understaffed, false promises, to be honest I wouldn't leave my dog there! Pleased to see the back of the place, people leaving left right and centre (including the staff!) First impressions are deceiving.

very arrogant person who drives a mercedes who refuses to reverse 2 feet to let me out the entrance and made me reverse pass a ambulance and park cars so he can get parked.
