OSJCT Ermine House
Visited my auntie here...only here temporarily whilst she recovers from a fall..Nice and clean...Nothing going on that I could see..ie..activities/games..Only saw 2 members of staff whilst I was there..and auntie said they take a long time to answer call buzzer..Couldn't get back downstairs as doors were coded..so had to use the lift!Not a very safe system if lift fails..or power cut...how do you get downstairs then??.
