Fantastic club. My son started when he was 5yrs old and my daughter began soon after him. It has taught them not only how to defend themselves (if required) but also confidence and discipline. They are educated in true karate - no gimmicks and games. I would recommend this club to anyone. They now train Tues and Fri from 7pm at Sacred Heart Church Hall, Cecil Rd, Paignton
