Bear Hugs Day Nursery Timbercroft

Outstanding nursery, my daughters development has really improved since joining. The level of care provided is exceptional, if you live in the area I would strongly recommend considering Bear Hugs Nursery.

The staff are really experienced. They have gone to a lot of effort to get to know my child's interests and made sure the settling in process was smooth. They do plenty of different activities and my child is really thriving there. Highly recommended.

The worse nursery ever. If you take your child to this nursery, it is at your own risk. They beat the children there and maltreat them. If your child is there, please make sure that when you pick up your child, make sure you remove their clothes and check your child properly for bruises. My child ended up in hospital because of their neglect. They charge ridiculous amount of money and they don’t look after the children. My child has slap marks on her face. I will be reporting this nursery to ofsted because they pose a danger. They don’t feed the kids and I am so heartbroken that my child has gone through this amount of distress and I am paying hundreds of pounds for this. I am Changing my child’s nursery today. I will be taking this further as I will not leave this matter here. They slapped my child and left a bruise on her face because she is defenceless. Only a heartless human would do that a 2 year old child. You will hear from ofsted.

All my 3 children attended Bear Hugs Day Nursery. It’s a great nursery and they took good care of my daughters. They would always give me an update on how my daughters day went. The staff are friendly and I would recommend Bear Hugs Day Nursery to anyone who lives in the are.
