Absolutely excellent service on a Sunday within an hour of us discovering a wasps nest in our garage by Stephen. Very competitive price and guarantee that if a further problem in 5 days then stephen will return.Very courteous and attentive - we were talked through the elimination process at length and also about how these nests form and develop.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. In fact, we have today - to our neighbours who also had a wasps nest !!

Obtained Stephen's details from my daughter, Sam Mitchell. Like her we were so pleased with his service. A wasps nest in extension roof space was treated midday Saturday and he returned two days later to check all ok!

What a brilliant service Stephen provides! I looked online for a local company to deal with a wasp nest. Stephen answered my phone call straight away and then apologised because he couldn’t get to me until the afternoon (same day)! He was very reassuring, he fully explained the costs and the process. He arrived at my house 2.5 hours after I’d called him, at the time he said he’d arrive. He was friendly, polite, efficient and very informative. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Stephen provides a first class service in every way. I spent some time finding someone who would deal with our rat problem, which was complicated by the fact that I am a hedgehog feeder / rescuer and opposed to the use of poisons. Stephen was brilliant. He really took on board what I wanted and understood my wish to be as humane as possible in dealing with the problem. He also provided management advice to prevent a recurrence. Communication has been brilliant and all at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

I recently contacted Mole Management Pest Control, as we had rats in our loft. Stephen came out to us the same day. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative - a true professional, in my opinion. Also, his prices are very competitive. He eliminated our rat problem without the use of toxic bait, which is safer and more humane.

Stephen answered our call regarding wasps/bees. He arrived within half an hour. He explained that they were a particular kind of bee and felt it would be better to leave them alone, but that if we were worried about them in the future to give him another call. He refused any payment. Lovely man would recommend him, definitely worth the five stars. Thanks Steve
