Eilertsen Dental Care, Plymouth

Our family have been been receiving Dental care from Liz Eilersten for a few years prior to her opening this modern 21st century dental practice. So it was with excitement to attend for the first time a year ago and to experience the achievement she and her wonderful team and staff have created in just 12 months. The holistic dental care provided is in no doubt superb. From the initial examinations and tests where you are consulted through out to any final dental procedures if required you are treated with care and concern in a calm reassuring and professional manner from all concerned. It is a pleasure to leave after a visit to feel you have complete confidence and trust from the practice and even perhaps to looking forward to going to the dentist " again. I was the first patient at this practice and having had Liz at her previous practice I was very sad to hear she was leaving. When I found she had started her own practice I was so relieved. I have had very bad dentist phobia all my life and only went to the dentist if an emergency. My phobia has completely gone. Liz always puts me at ease and I do not dread going to the dentist anymore. I wish I had found her many years ago.thanks to Liz and her therapist

I could honestly not recommend this dental practice enough! I needed a new dentist and saw really good reviews on Eilertsen Dental and decided to give them a go. When I called to register and book I was given an appointment as soon as the week after!! I Saw the lovely Kate who is fab and thoroughly explained my issues and advised me to book with Chloe. After my appointment with Chloe my teeth had never felt so clean! I then came back to see Kate today to have a filling and she really puts you at ease. I feel really relaxed when coming in and reassured with any questions I may have. Could not recommend these lovely ladies enough!

Really supportive and caring staff, fantastic service.Hadn’t been to a dentist for years since losing NHS dentist and became very nervous to return, knowing I’d need some treatment.I now go regularly for check up and cleaning with Lucy who is so lovely. She always puts me at ease and explains everything clearly. The reception staff are all so friendly and welcoming, they make it a warm environment and understand your needs.I genuinely feel that everyone who works here really cares about their patients and I am no longer nervous about going to the dentist at all.Highly recommend and intend on staying a patient here for good as the quality of care and service cannot be beaten!

Excellent dental practice. I have been a patient of Liz's for a few years both at her previous practice and now at Eilertsen Dental Care. She's given me brilliant care through check ups and dental issues. Lucy has also been amazing with my 3 year old who is very nervous at the dentist. The appointments never feel rushed and all the staff are friendly and professional.

I received excellent and an empathic service. Managed to see me at short notice. Understanding of the situation. Brilliant communication from Gemma all the way through the procedure and clear guidance of the options available going forward. Tracy on the reception as always was lovely.

5 stars isn't enough for this practice! After not being able to get an emergency appointment with my NHS dentist my brother recommended Eilertsen. The staff are Amazing. Tracy was the nicest, caring and welcoming receptionist I have ever dealt with. An appointment was made for the following day due to me contacting them near closing time the day before. My appointment wasn't at all rushed. I had an xray which was shown to me and talked through with a treatment booked for the next working day along with a follow up appointment. Thank you Tracy and Ines for the 1st class service. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

My experience with Eilertsen Dental Care has been a very positive one. I am a nervous patient...so my anxiety was heightened when my NHS Dentist left a practice that I had been with for several years. My Dentist wasn't replaced and all of the people on the list were told we no longer had an NHS Dentist!I cannot believe my luck at finding this amazing Practice. Yes it is a Private practice, but more reasonable than some. The service given here is second to none!My Dentist Liz is so great at communicating and putting me at ease, willing to go at my pace if necessary. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for the staff at Eilertsen.My hygienist Wioletta is also very caring and again, willing to go at my pace if necessary.From the Dental Nurses to the ladies at Reception, everyone has treated me with kindness and respect.I would highly recommend Eilertsen Dental Care it is a truly safe pair of hands" to take care of your teeth and gums!❤"
