Easy to get in and out now you have to book appointments. Straight in no queues very good. Been 3 times in last 2 weeks. Easy to book a slot online just Google name of tip.

Hi my mum has tried phoning you nobody has picked up the phone. She doesn't have any Internet access what so ever!You do not pick up the phone me and my mum have made numerous phone calls for you to not pick up the phone!Do you think this method of booking is inclusive for everyone?It's not accessible for the elderly.You need to address this issue immediately.

Visit to tip straight forward and efficient. Booking system seems to work well. Generally having a slot booked seems better than the previous turn up and go when ofter large queues were experienced.

pretty shocked when we entered the site today to be verbally assaulted with my 96 year old customer. We came to the site to drop off some garden waste and paper, we got directed to the bottom section where there was a dumpster loader blocking the entrance to that section. The guy who was driving the vehicle flashed his lights so my customer pointed to the other entrance to signal we would go round the other way, we parked and proceeded to unload the rubbish....,Just as we were almost finished the guy driving the dumper started hauling abuse at my customer then when he got no response started shouting foul obscenities towards myself in a threatening tone as apparently we came into the wrong entrance to that section of the tip". I apologised but the guy in question kept hauling the abuse making personal insults to myself and customer who was intimidated whilst witnessing the unpleasantness.The man in question also tried to drag a younger member of staff into the argument to back him up but the guy stood in the back by the other dumpster

Need to book and provide ID. No more long queues to get in. Clear direction given so you can dump your rubbish.

Always been treated with respect and help when I've been here but today the way my daughter and I were treated by 3 members of staff and members of the public was disgusting to mock a 4 year old with autism is disgusting and to encourage members of public rather than correct the disgusting narrative that was being played out. I will be making a formal complaint. Even when I was asked for the managers name and details I was told the memebrr of staff verbally being chastising was the manager and that his name couldn't be given out.

Nice and local for dumping household rubbish and much more controlled with the timed slots you have to book. In and out in 10 minutes.

Now you can get a timed slot this is a much better experience. I got pole position (08:00). Cones removed 07:58. Barrier raised 08:00. No queuing. All done and departed by 08:10. Great.

Untidy tip, debris on walkways and parking areas because they are not swept. Visited yesterday, came away with another nail/screw in tyre. Unloaded and then started car and immediately fault with tyre pressure . That’s 5 tyres in past 18 months that I can attribute to visits to tip. Too much of a coincidence.
