I rang to give measurements of what I needed to pick up - told me I'd need Luton van; which is what I thought. Went to pick up van last week, it was long wheel base. I was told it'd be fine when I questioned it. Having had zero problems in previous van hire with the same guy serving me; I trusted what he said - same guy I'd spoken to on phone & he remembered me. I went to pick up item, had to hire a guy to help me pick it up - couldn't get it in the van as the mouth of the van was too small, plus wheel arches! So after wasting my time, money with zero to show for it and driving 100 miles, I wasn't impressed!I told him I next day I wasn't happy and explained - he wasn't happy either. I forgot my card when I went to drop van off and he had the nerve to tell me he hated customers. I said I was sorry I forgot my purse, I didn't mean to. He said they never do, but they still do! I should have been quick-witted & said if I wasn't given the wrong van, I'd have picked up my item & my head would have been clearer!Anyway, after that, booked the Luton for this week & he eventually said he'd knock £40 off. (Even though I've still to pay same guy, had to drive another 100 miles! So what should have cost me to hire the correct van: £190 with all expenses, incl. hire of guy to lift item - actually cost me £309 with all expenses!! And no, I didn't prang the van at all.So last two visits, I'm not impressed at all!

Rented a van back in November , excellent service ! Van was clean and tidy , bit dusty on the inside but it's a van ... , Went over milage but they were forgiving with this as I left more fuel in it than requested !Overall superb service , nice simple transaction ! I highly recommend ! , Better than all of most other rental companies !

Hired a Luton van for 3 days, to Belgium and back. Quoted a reasonable price. As my car was new and expensive, I didn't feel that comfortable leaving it unattended on an industrial estate for the duration, but luckily the man running things there permitted me to keep it in their locked compound for the duration, so no concerns whatsoever. Very good service.The van was a couple of years old, but thoroughly reliable. If a locking rear shutter is important to you be aware that often those particular locks end up broken (and not mended) on vans of this type. Mitigation involves parking backed up to a wall and getting the shutter firmly down behind the ramp.

Excellent service from the Louth depot. Vehicle was clean and tidy. Flexible on pick up/drop off times & all at a realistic price. Would have no hesitation in returning or recommending them.
