Gemma has been doing my waxing since 2017. My first visit I was incredibly nervous and anxious but her friendly and open attitude put me at ease. Over the years I've grown to love visiting, always welcoming with a beaming smile and happy to check any concerns I have with regrowth. Her website is so easy to use to book appointments and I can rebook my next appointment in person too. Gemma is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and always explains what she's doing if I need reassuring. I can pay by card which is great as I never have cash. I would rather be hairy than try and find another beautician. Gemma is so warm and friendly that I forget why I'm there while we laugh and chat through my appointments. I can't recommend her services enough.

Highly recommend Gemma for waxing. Professional service, yet made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. And the least pain I’ve ever experienced for waxing!
