Staff are welcoming and smiley and coffee has always been great.Can get quite crowded due to its location, so available seating can be sparse

Friendly staff that are helpful if go in on own as in a wheelchair and will always bring order over to the table and look after any other needs. Great toilet for all abilities and baby changing and on my visits always been clean and tidy. Then the most important thing the coffee is always hot strong and tastes lovely. Thanks costa staff keep up your great service

Costa Coffee Hanley, situated just inside the Intu Potteries Shopping Centre, this cafe offers a range of Coffees, Cakes, Sandwiches and soft drinks. The staff are very friendly and helpfully, chatting with customers. The coffee is good and the food is OK. I think it can get rather busy in there and we were lucky to get our table and it wasn't too busy! Two off putting points, one being staff sat with customers doing administrative processes on a laptop and the second, one drink not being charged for. Obviously no one can complain about free things but I am sure the company wouldn't be too pleased.

Worst Costa I've ever been. Taking the order was quick and efficient, but preparing took ages. Apparently, the delivery orders have priority and the coffee's were prepared one at a time, and served with the wrong milk, even after I asked the guy if he was using the right milk. He couldn't care less. Not used to this at any other Costa.

Oh my goodness me this place needs more staff, took an absolute age to get served! Good idea to have one in the next store as we ended up having a look round the store on the way out. The coffee was a let down too! All 3 of us agreed it tasted like normal latte and not chocolate orange (or whatever it was supposed to be), wether the girl forgot to add it I don't know. Didn't ask, as ppl were queuing out the door by this point. I even asked if they were training and the girl said Um...no" and the lady very loudly said behind me "no

Really lovely place for a coffee .Staff were friendly . Coffee's as always smelled and tasted great. Tried out the hog roast toastie and loved will always come back here.
