Mike showed me the 3 series and let me have a test drive. The experience was safe, secure and thorough. He was friendly and the showroom was very clean. After the test drive, Mike offered drinks and a comfy seat. After asking all the important questions, he helped configure a quote. Friendly staff and good service. Worth a visit.

Visited the showroom today looking to purchase a new vehicle. After being let down by two other bmw dealerships it was a pleasurable experience. Sales staff member Ryan Moffitt was very professional and patient. Understood my needs and requirements. Received excellent service and part exchange allowance that resulted in my custom. All staff very friendly enjoyed the hospitality immaculate showroom would highly recommend.

After experiencing a problem with my X4 alloys I was advised to contact new car sales at Williams (where I had purchased the car several years earlier). Cheryl drew the short straw when my call came in but she was absolutely brilliant and could not have been more helpful. Not only did she investigate the issue and call/email me to keep me informed of the findings but she also discussed my problem with her manager and then took me round to the service centre where she spoke to the body shop team to arrange for a warranty claim to be submitted to BMW UK. She went above and beyond what I expected and I am very grateful for all her assistance.
