Never been to a worse pharmacy. They never have my prescription ready when I give them plenty of time between ordering and picking it They tell me to wait half an hour, then another 10 minutes, then come back tomorrow, because it's not in stock, then come back tomorrow, then sorry, the manufacturer won't send it, the active ingredient is less, but call your doctor. and send recipe. Unbelievable after 4 days. Avoid them from afar! They should be closed, not the smaller pharmacies, where the service worked perfectly.

Go if you want that real shop lifter experience without having to shop lift guaranteed!!! Just make eye contact with the security guard in there and this will automatically trigger him to follow you around the shop. However if you wanna cheer him up you could try the real deal... I mean it must be very disappointing for him when you dont do it.

I was quite unsure of what to get and wanted some advice on buying some new products. Vicky was so helpful, patient and honest with me. I left feeling confident and excited to wear my new products. Every member of staff are so lovely.

Boots in York... Wasn't impressed.. Cashier scanned an item twice upon checking receipt... Had to queue again for refund.. She took back a new 50p off the previous young customer as apparently she collected them.. Surely she wasn't carrying cash to swap it? Or planning to delve back into her till later?Shoddy behaviour! Quite shocked actually..

Absolutely horrendous service. Came to collect a prescription and was told to wait for a text message ... five hours later I receive it and still have to wait 45 minutes for my prescription to be packed. Like someone here said... how hard is it to put a box in a bag? They never called my name despite seeing me waiting - in particular Doreen (pharmacist) was giving me multiple dirty looks and didn't call my name when it was ready. Had to be served by a different (very polite) woman to actually get my prescription. Would not return here and would advise anyone to pick a different pharamacy. Just utterly incompetent behaviour.

Personalised care? I think not. Cold and terse response for a straightforward request from a fellow healthcare worker and hilariously, ex-Boots staff member.I’ll not be returning to this Pharmacy, there’s plenty around who will show a better level of care and understanding. Poor show Boots.

When my prescription wasn't ready and I was panicking and really needed it, Sue from Boots on coney St. could not have been more helpful. She actually brought the prescription to my work place less than an hour later despite there being very few staff on that morning, I couldn't believe she did that for me. Outstanding, thank you so much.

I was approached and given assistance by a really helpful assistant (Maddie) when I was looking for brown mascara and eyeliner. She gave me some really great advice and could tell she knew her products, she didn't try sell me something else and listened to what I said. I'm really happy with the service and what I've bought!

This is a review solely for Louise in the pharmacy. Managed to source my child's medication that was out of stick virtually everywhere, AND keep me enough to cover next month until stocks resume. Thankyou so much, first class above and beyond service. (Visited Fri 15th about 5.30pm)

Very good service in the options department friendly and helpful. Would recommend as our lady that delt with us gave us plenty of time and never rushed us in to making a decision and tried her best to get us exactly what we wanted
