A lovely independent, local company!!We have recently taken delivery of our brand new corner suite from Quay Furniture (ordered from the Royal Quays store) and we are massively impressed. From start to finish, we have received a top quality service from the team, special mention to Pete and Tammy!I was a little bit sceptical at first, with this not being one of the big high street names in furniture, but after reading other reviews on Google, we decided to give them a chance and we are super glad we did!The quality of the sofa is absolutely amazing and it was such a reasonable price! We were kept fully informed of delivery dates and the process of paying was made really easy.The 2 delivery guys who delivered our new sofa and took away our old ones were also really lovely. Very friendly, polite and respected our property.We would definitely recommend this company and would definitely return to buy additional items! 5* from us!Thanks so much!

Purchased a large corner suite and bed from Quay furniture. Unlike leading sofa company's the price and quality unbeatable. Not your usual stapled together 2 by 1:frame The customer service impeccable, that includes the delivery guys. .Three family members have purchased from this company and cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely furniture and it's all fully assembled not flat pack. Friendly and helpful staff.

I went to the store at the Royal quays and ordered a TV unit and matching coffee table. I paid for the product there and was told there was an additional charge for delivery which was cash only and paid on the day.Nearly a week goes by and on the day of delivery I get told that they’ve broken the TV unit somehow in transit and there only other option would be for me to have an ex display for the same price or travel 30 mins to get a refund.

I purchased a beautiful king size bed and mattress in teal colour, in February 2022. The Staff in store, especially Peter are amazing, real customer service, that you do not readily find now a days, the purchase and delivery all took place within 10 days.The 2 lovely delivery personnel were just amazing, unpacked and assembled the bed, headboard and placed the mattress on the bed and took all packaging away, just wonderful service, from beginning to end.I am in love with my new bed and just soooo comfortable and the price for the full package was AMAZING.A big THANK YOU, to ALL at Quay Furnishing, Royal Quays, for FANTASTIC service.Anyone reading this review, please visit the shop, the range of items are lovely and the price of complete bed packages and quality will stun you at how reasonably priced the offers are. I cannot recommend Quay Furnishings enough for their Staff, Customer Service and my wonderful comfy, beautiful bed.
