This place has amazing Fish N Chips. The portions are huge, and are the perfect amount of crispy. Their pizza crust is also spectacular, but the pizza toppings are middle of the road. That said, this is a Fish N Chips place, so no big deal the pizza isn't quite as great.

Usually go to Bells but queues were extreme.Glad they were as these were the best fish & chips we have had for ages.Chips were tasty & the fish white, batter also deliciousWill definitely be our choice from now on

Ordered fish and chips tonight. (Haven't been for a while) and this was one of the best fish and chips we've ever had! Chips were perfectly cooked and the fish was beyond perfect! And as always, superbly h large portions! Thank you! ❤️

Ordered sausage and chips the same as the person I was with. His were put into a large cardboard box, mine were a smaller portion put into a smaller polystyrene tray. I don’t understand why I paid the same but was given considerably less?

Chips lovely, fish bites had a few bones, however the sausage didn't even resemble sausage, so that's the reason for the low score. Staff were pleasant, service was also really good.

The staff can talk a glass eye to sleep . Very nice and friendly. The fish is beautiful compared to other fish shops in the area. Chips were great initially , must use different spuds now. Still edible.

Decided to check this place out as it's now under new management and I'm glad I did. After several visits, I'm very impressed. The fish is cooked to order, the batter light and crispy. The chips perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. The portions are generous but not over the top and very reasonably priced at £6 for cod & chips.My one complaint, and the reason why I can't give 5 stars, is that they should drain the fish for longer after it comes out of the fryer. There was a LOT of grease congealed at the bottom of the box. Get that right, and you have the perfect fish & chips.
