Farnham Nails

Have been going here every few weeks since I moved to Farnham around a year ago, and I’ve never had any issues with speed or quality of service. The salon is often very busy, so sometimes there is a wait, but that’s to be expected and shouldn’t warrant marking them down on a review - literally every decent nail salon is the same way. The guys that work at Farnham Nails are always lovely and despite working super hard for very long hours, they always do an excellent job. Thank you!

Had my short bitten nails done here and now look so pretty and nice with gel overlay with normal color ! By seeing all the “bad” reviews I would say there are loads of walk-ins so if you have an appointment go at least 30 minutes early as they won’t know you have an appointment they’ll just ask you at the door what you want doing and ask you to take a seat as these guys are on going working with hardly no breaks so please understand they don’t actually refuse walks in and try to accommodate everyone! Although some might be talking to each other if their own language at the end of the day they do the job and if some come off as rude or cold then understand all cultures and way of speaking have to interpreted a certain different way - it’s a-shame they only take cash but that’s fine - £30 for nails that 10x look better then why not

Went back 2 days after having my nails done as 4 nails had flaked. After talking to the guy who did them and him admitting he'd put the stuff on too thinly I was told they would sort it. Then out of the blue I was asked what I'd done to my nails and was told if this happened again I'd have to pay for the repair. So, either they won't stand by their work for 2 days at £42 a go or I was being called a liar. If I make a mistake I own it and despite going here every 3 weeks for quite a while I will not be going back as I was made to feel uncomfortable.

Can't fault the nails but the male member of staff made me feel very uncomfortable when he was painting my toenails. In my opinion, there was inappropriate touching of my legs and comments - this is not acceptable and I will not return or recommend this place for that reason. Sadly this does not appear to be an isolated incident given other similar reviews.

It’s a shame as I really loved the result of my hands and feet, but the man doing my pedicure made me feel uncomfortable and made inappropriate comments whilst massaging my feet. I was also asked several times if I have a boyfriend and where was my boyfriend. I want to feel relaxed when getting my nails done and for this reason I wouldn’t come back.

Couldn’t be more happy with the service from Farnham nails. They’re always so attentive and really listen to what you want! I go with my daughter to get our nails done and they are so incredible with her. I would highly recommend this place to go and get your nails done. I’ve always been incredibly satisfied with mine & my daughters.

Waited 40 minutes to get my nails done. One chipped within 12 hours. The man doing my nails took a liking to my watch and kept asking to borrow it..Went back the next Sunday to get the chip fixed when they said they were open online and on the shop door and they were closed.

The best nail salon I've been to. My nails were looked after. No aggressive filing like you get in most places and a really clean finish. No paint around the edges or on my fingers which is amazing. Would highly recommend!

Had manicure and pedicure done. Sat me in the pedicure chair and seemed like they forgot about me. The idea of me taking over a minute to pick a colour other than pick seemed a big issue. Repeadly said over the phone and many times I do not want gel on my feet. That didn’t matter, seemed they picked my feet colour. My hands I managed to stop at one finger, noticed it was not the colour I asked for, he tried telling me it was and wanted to carry on. I had previously cut myself on my thumb and politely asked him to mind out, when I pointed it to him. He laughed and said no as if I was accusing him! Such a rude place. Paid via bank transfer, mid transfer he had walked off. Waited a few moments to show him but didn’t wait any longer. The someone decided to check just as I was walking out.
