DO NOT USE.. Warning about driver of VO23XLG this driver is so dangerous I’ve lost count of his driving offences speeding , tailgating , undertaking driving around the motorway like an idiot putting people in danger. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE

Under a different name (Qwest) this company was without doubt the worst paying cab firm. Never forget ringing the office on my first payday to see what I earned.£180 for 55 hours!!!And I see drivers are still complaining.

My partner who had been in hospital for 4 weeks and myself we're brought home. By a very caring man we arrived safely. Thank you

One of their drivers just cut me up turning left from the right hand lane without indicating first. He then had the audacity to role down his window and shout at me, even though he was entirely in the wrong. Incredibly dangerous driving, and had I not been more switched on then I could have got seriously hurt. Avoid!

Driver, Mo Sufi was very efficient in picking me up at correct time, journey was comfortable & felt safe within the car,waited for me & returned me home.Need more drivers like Mo.

One of the drivers who picked me up on Wednesday has a bad manner. Lazy that he doesn't want to drop me home because of the ramp on the steps

NHS transport 3 days per week and they are on time, efficient and good drivers. Vehicles are. Comfortable.

Do not work as a driver for this company they are one of the worst in the patient transport industry. The staff at Oncue are rude, abusive and disrespectful to thier drivers. The staff are ready to throw drivers under the bus to serve thier own interests and there is no accountability as they are unprofessional and incompetent because themanagement just turn a blind eye

Majority of companies have a mix of good and bad reviews.This is not a good experience. It may be for short trips. You were lucky. If u go around websites you’ll find 90% of negative reviews.You wait 4-6 hrs for a driver pick up. Time in which you sit and wait inside the hospital. Not worth it. Not reliable. Oh, should I mention the driver that had a bad day and noticed the van had an issue and still continued driving until it broke down?! His swearing wasn’t needed. I pay for a good service. I don’t care you have a bad day. You maintain your calm and carry on. All my mom wanted was to come home softly. She was so upset and shaking with the poor experience. Not even Uber drivers curse like that… What a shame.
