What a joke!!! Had nothing but trouble from day one. Were managing one of my properties, sold the property and asked them to serve notice to the tenants giving them 2 months to move out. And guess what???? The tenants was never given their notice therefore was unwilling to move out and almost lost my sale!!! Caused so many problems!!! They was meant to move out in January didn't until March, thank god the new home buyer was patient and wanted the property. MELISSA CHAMBERLAIN was the one dealing with my property and her excuse for not serving the notice was she didn't see her emails. She didn't even have the decency to help with the situation and tried her best to fob me off. Honestly would not recommend!!! And she didn't even have any consequences for these actions.Trying to claim for the damage the tenants have caused and what a surprise they're saying its too late. Have multiple emails from the day the tenants moved out issuing this problem. & head office is a joke can't even get one a line with someone and the odd chance you do everyone claims they're in a meeting and are unable to help!!!

We're buying with Haart. As buyers, you don't get to choose the agent or agency but our experience so far as buyers would make us choose Haart and particularly Sam Pugh as our agent again if we could !We've seen alot of properties over the past few years and met alot of agents. Sam blows everyone out of the water with his professionalism. We felt instantly at ease and confident with him. He knew exactly what to show us in the property, was warm and genuine. The communication has been excellent. For big life decisions like buying property, feeling like someone is on your team really matters. From the first phone call onwards, we knew we were in excellent hands!

Wouldn’t recommend selling through themes Been trying to book a viewing at a house that’s still available through them for three weeks. They’ve not responded to the rightmove request, emails or phone calls, although their head office says the property has not yet had an offer. Booked in a provisional viewing with their head office but never had it confirmed.

Decided to use Haarts (despite their slightly higher charges) as it was clear from the beginning that Samuel Pugh was going to get our house sold quickly and for the best price. I've used a few estate agents previously - including free online agents, but never received this level of service, evident from the get-go by an hour long appointment full of market research and advice to get the place ready for sale. The pictures looked great, bio was well written and Sam took a genuine interest in all the little details around the property, to ensure he could answer buyers questions and drive the best price. Sam suggested an open day, which generated significant interest; we were SOLD STC within a few days of being on the market. I hugely recommend Haarts, particularly Sam. Yes, you'll save a few hundred quid going with someone else, but I guarantee you'll be on the market longer and you'll lose more money in the long term.
