Visited here on a Saturday night, a nice little bar.2 for 1 drinks only available on certain times so check before you arrive.Customer service was decent but cleanliness was a bit of a issue. The DJ’s selection of music wasn’t that great for a Saturday night.

I met up with a friend for lunch. The two members of staff could not do enough for us. Especially as my friend can only drink decaff. I bought a jar and the lady made a special cappuccino for you. Nothing was too much trouble. Service is excellent, food delicious, and prices really fair.

Had a wonderful experience at S&L South Woodford today, cocktails were delicious and the food was prompt and delicious. Would definitely recommend, Tom and Amelia were fantastic!

First visit to Slug & Lettuce Woodford. Lovely decor inside. Had the cocktails made by Lily , the S&L Sangria was fab definitely recommend.

If I could give none- I would.My disabled dad and I visited your branch for my 22nd birthday dinner. While my dad was outside, I asked the bar if they accepted cash as it was our preference for the evening and they just looked bewildered. I then mentioned I had a booking and he called someone over to seat us. He walked us over to a table before saying it was reserved for someone else. He changed his mind about moving us and we sat ready to order. There was no menu or sauces on the table so we had to get them ourselves. When we were ready to order we waited for about 10 minutes and no one even looked our way. I asked the bar if we had to order there and he sent someone to us to take it. When we ordered the waiter returned twice saying we had to order something else as they didn’t have it, which was no issue with myself and my dad. It was when he placed our drinks down he asked us to pay for the bill upfront and we both couldn’t help feel judged for being in there. It came across that they felt we couldn’t pay and wanted to ensure we didn’t walk out. When the food arrived after us making payment we barely finished it as we felt so uncomfortable, with no one checking on us the entire time. From the moment we went in to when we left, it was probably one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Me and my dad felt inadequate and couldn’t wait to leave. As I went to get the car he told me the security guard made a comment about him having dinner with a younger girl- when he then informed him I was his daughter.Very distasteful.

First time visiting here since the new picky bits were added to the menu. I really enjoyed sharing the small plates and cocktails with my friends - we all loved the deep friend bao buns and the tofu. We were served by Mils throughout - she was fabulous! All the cocktails were served quickly and tasty.

Leah and Lila have been so lovely and helpful. Me and my mum came in for bottomless brunch and received a lovely service from both ladies. Great food and great drinks. Would definitely recommend and will be back 10/10!

Came here tonight on a last minute decision for my mates birthday.. Got here earlier than planned but throughout the evening both Emilia and Joshua were very welcoming and made sure we were looked after, including music!!! Tuesdays the new Fridays!!

First time visit, very clean, open and tidy. Staff were welcoming and friendly and made a relaxed environment. Ordered the fish and chips and was amazed at how fresh and massive the fish was! All went down a treat. Ciaram and Nick were servers and were very accommodating and professional. Had a great visit and would recommend.
