Awful service, delivered whilst I'm at work, left a card that the driver had ticked to say it had been taken back to the depot for me to collect and also it was to be redelivered the next day, well it can't be both. Tried to rebook online but can't do that due to an error on the website can't phone them up because guess what I work, Worst delivery company ever which is some achievement given the competition.

Couldn't find the address despite providing the what3words. The van drove past the house on both delivery days. House number well visible. Will not be using their service in future.

Awful - they came to deliver parcel yesterday when i was at work left card to say redeliver today. Working from home today just went to get something from hall they had already been didnt even ring bell left another card to say now have to collect from dept. If trying to deliver things should ring bell just laziness really poor.

Very poor. I waited in all day only to get an online message saying they tried to collect but I wasn't available. I checked our security camera footage and no one even came to the premises. I don't like being lied to and I especially don't like being blamed for something I haven't done. I have had to re schedule the collection but due to the bank holiday it will be 6 days from ordering to collection.

Had to post something using parcel force . To large for royal mail . I went on line . I couldn't have it picked up from home as I wasn't going to be there . Tried to see if I could take it to the depot. I checked on line . The Web page said I could drop it off at the post office or parcel for depot if I'd checked it in on line already . Well I didn't have any method of weighing it so how could I prepay and check it in . So I went to the post office to ask . It turns out you can sort it all at the post office . And why does parcel force drop off depot only open at 16.00 pm

Great experience, quick enough parcel delivery and all was safe and cared for. My only issue is the difficulty to clarify what's happening to your parcel, and the frequent periods in which the tracker was down. Other than that, Great service and I definitely recommend

Delivery attempted 2 days ago. Rescheduled immediately online for local pickup Monday due to work schedule. Delivery attempted" yesterday again despite my confirmed pick up...never even came to the flat just left a note outside the building to pick up at an inconvenient depot location despite my confirmed pickup. Called customer service this morning to get details and since drivers don't provide tracking numbers on the slips they have no way to look up where my package actually is

Four failed collections from WR11 8QQ, this has to be the worst Parcelforce depot in the UK. On the second attempt the driver did not knock and put the card straight through the letter box. Had to get a refund and book with UPS.

As usual Parcel Force predictable as ever, failed to leave my package in a safe place, didn't try and leave it with a neighbour. I tried to arrange either of these options for the following day but can't talk to anyone. I downloaded the Parcel Force app but it won't let me register. It must cost a fortune having to call at numerous locations twice to make one delivery. My advice would be to copy DPD exactly and then I could give you 5 stars instead of the reluctant 1 star you've received.
