Bhandal Dental Practice (Northfield Surgery)

I dont usually write reviews but feel I must on this occasion. I attended this Practice yesterday. I am a very nervous patient but can honestly say that seeing the dentist Richa Prasad and Stacey have alleviated my fears. They are both so kind and professionsl and RIcha is an exceptional dentist. I would not hesitate to recommend both and this Practice. The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly which makes a big difference when I was so nervous. It's amazing to have this NHS Dental Practice and I really must thank them all.

Today I had an appointment with Mohammed..I was a little nervous as I had always seen Clive and Vince for many years..Too many to remember .What a lovely man..My fears were soon diminished..He was so kind and gentle ..I had an x-ray and Mohammed is extracting my tooth next week..I now know I will be in very safe hands..So no more worries from me..

My check up was very efficient and quick. Clear instructions in these difficult times and easy online forms to fill on before appointment so no hanging around unnecessarily. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend this dental practice and have been coming here for over 20 years.

Absolutely amazing work had done today, I went in for composite bonding as my one front tooth stuck out and they were stained, the difference in my teeth are amazing. My dentist has done a fantastic job, so happy and just in time to smile with confidence for my wedding :)

Could not fault this practice at all!The reception team are amazing. They are so kind and lovely to talk to and will do everything they can to help get an appointment. Having been rejected as an NHS patient from other dentists, Bhandal dental practice was the first to show compassion and understanding and did their best to help us out. The dentist that saw my children was outstanding. She was so patient and kind and gave me great advice for cleaning the children's teeth. I did not feel rushed at all. She was so thorough and examined the teeth with care. My 3 year old was initially anxious however he felt so relaxed and his teeth could be checked properly. She gave me great advice for both my 3 year old and 8 month old.So happy with this dentist and would recommend to anyone.Thank you all !

I was very nervous when I came today. I was a patient of doctor Williams for many years. He was a very gentle man. Today I was seen by Mohammed Ali who put me at ease so thank you very much. So kind and thoughtful also the nurse who I do not know her name. Mrs Barbara Britton

Cannot thank the team at this dental surgery enough for their compassion when I had severe tooth pain! My dentist, Morva, has been (yet again!) amazing. She has always been so kind and considerate, and brilliant at explaining the situation and the options to you. You don't feel rushed either during an appointment. At this particular visit, she was able to see me on the day as an added extra, which I was incredibly grateful for, especially given the enormous pressure dental services are under at present. The whole team were very accommodating given I had my 4 week old baby with me for the appointment. Big thank you to Maher and Esha on reception for chatting away to me, and being sympathetic towards my situation and very reassuring. Another big thank you to Donna, who assisted Morva, she instantly put me at ease and was very welcoming in what was a stressful situation! Would highly recommend this dental surgery for their high level of care and friendly, welcoming attitude towards their patients. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Have been with this practice for several years and always had excellent treatment. But they excelled themselves today with their kind and patient treatment of my seven year old who needed 2 fillings. Both the dentist and hygienist went out of their way to talk him through every step, explaining what was going on and making sure he was happy. They were so lovely with him, I was very grateful. They were also happy to spend time answering my questions about what I could change at home to try and prevent further fillings. A fantastic, efficient and welcoming practise.
