I haven’t been the dentist in over 25 years, I had a huge phobia. I put my big girl pants on and finally went. I honestly can’t thank the team enough. They made me feel so relaxed and put my mind at rest. I had a few teeth out today. I thought I would have cried like a baby but I didn’t. I honestly don’t know why I was so worried. I have received great care and attention at Laurel Villa Dental Practice. The reception staff have always been friendly and helpful to me, but the dental work has been outstanding. I received an effective solution for a persistent problem a different practice had been unable to resolve for over 12 months. My visits and treatments were very thorough ,unhurried and professional . I have been very impressed and would personally highly recommend this practice based on my experience. Special thanks to Dr S P for making me pain free after so long.

I can not recommend Laurel Villa practice highly enough- I’ve been a patient for many years and all my children and husband are registered there too. We’ve only ever received the highest quality care from all the staff and we’ve never had any issues at allnor any problem getting appointments.They truly go above and beyond to get you booked in and seen. We have a large young family and I feel lucky to have a practice who accommodate my children and the logistics of getting 4 children (one with special need’s) booked in for a checkup and being so supportive in what makes this a pleasant experience over one that could very easily be one traumatic for the children and stressful for parents. only because I hadn’t been for a check up in about 3 months because my teeth were fine they have said I can’t come back and they arnt taking on any more patients, asked for other dentists they can recommend and nothing! all about money if you ain’t paying them they will kick you out for not getting a check up when your teeth are fine! now after 20 years of going there I am left with no dentist. Disgusting. I pay for my treatments too and they can’t fit me in. Nice isn’t it

I phoned and asked if they're taking new NHS patients and got given an appointment in 6 weeks as I'm in need of treatment.5 days before my appointment I got a text cancelling my appointment saying that are not accepting new patientsThis is outrageous, I have booked time off work and been patiently waiting over a month for my appointment, only for it to be cancelled at the last minute.I now need to find another dentist and most likely wait again...I appreciate the professional business you run, not.

Amazing staff and an amazing practice, I’ve been coming to this practice for 10+ years. Always fitted me in when I’ve needed an appointment and always worked around school time so my 9yr old daughter can been seen even booked an emergency appointment for her without an issueI’ve never knew a 9yr old to enjoy a dentist appointment! All the girls and dentist are friendly , professional to a high standard. And glad at reassuring you ! The practice is clean and bright at all times. Keep up the hard work girls.

Such a fantastic dental surgery. All the staff are very friendly and the lovely dentist puts you at total ease, explaining everything before she does it. Would highly recommend

Where do I start. My Dad is 92 and has dementia. A phone call from our carer to myself at work who informed us that Dad was in agony with toothache.. to cut a long story short we phoned Laurel Villa Dental Practice and from the start, Karen who I spoke with was amazing. Very understanding and was very sympathetic to our concerns with Dad with his condition. They was able to accommodate our request and Karen was waiting for us at the door. Karen had immediately made my Dad feel at ease and resolved any anxiety Dad would have. Karen then introduced my Dad to Sophie the Dentist and the 2 dental nurses Nat and Marissa who were very professional and put him at ease and at no time was he left alone. Treatment and professionalism was more than outstanding. Highly recommend this Dental practice. As a son of a Dad with dementia you can sometimes feel embarrassed about how my dad comes across but this didn't matter to the staff at Laurel Ville. Truly grateful of the respect shown to my Dad from all the staff named aboveX

I had a raging toothache and the staff were extremely accommodating and saw the dentist within an hour and a half. I was asked to come back in an hour when the full treatment could take place. The dentist was kind and understanding but also reassuring. Root canal surgery culminated in a tooth extraction because of the nature of the tooth and an infection. Everything was explained in detail. The dental nurse was superb. She was so good that it was virtually impossible to detect that she was assisting the dentist. The reception staff were excellent. They rang within the hour to see how I was and asked me to ring back in a couple of hours. That is quality service and attention to detail.
