I brought a smart car ice shine, a nice car. Jag the salesman was very helpful. The only thing wrong was it could have been cleaned inside and under the bonnet.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Having the difficult task of finding a reliable car within a certain budget and time limit, I found the whole experience with Jag and the team easy and stress-free. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car, instead I was offered genuine advice and was left to explore the options myself without someone breathing down my neck.I had the intention to buy an 2014 Audi A1 but instead walked away with a cheaper 2014 Polo under the guidance of Jag who suggested this was more suited to my requirements. The fact he listened to what was important to me rather than pushing me take a more expensive option goes to show that they care for their customers which sadly isn't the case with a lot of car garages.Thank you again!

Absolutely despicable company. We saw a car listed on Cars4u's website that was just what we were looking for, but the dealership is a 3.5 hour drive away, so we understandably asked a lot of questions. I explained that we were making plans to come up and view the vehicle, arranging the finance, etc and was told there had been a lot of interest in the car, so we felt it best to put a deposit down.Unfortunately the finance company (a main high street lender) we had gone with (offering the best rates) would not work with this dealer.I had told the salesman which finance company I was looking at the day before - AT NO POINT DID HE SAY THEY DON'T FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. The finance companies they use had considerably higher rates, adding at best a further £1800 to the total repayable.I'd booked an unpaid day off work, arranged childcare and applied to 3 finance companies despite not needing to apply to an additional 2, in order to try and find some way of purchasing this car from this dealer. When I rang them to explain this and to say that it simply wasn't possible but that I had tried everything, I was told that I would be losing my deposit as we had not viewed or test driven the vehicle.Whilst this is a stipulation when making a deposit, I did not expect this to be enforced when actual attempts at purchasing the car had failed through no fault of anyones.It seems that had we gone to view and test drive the vehicle, THEN had issues with the finance, we would have gotten our deposit back.When I asked could we have a virtual viewing, like other garages offer, I was told they only offer that before a deposit is paid. Convenient.Another of their arguments was that they had taken the vehicle off the market until our viewing (valid point, as is what happens in any dealership). So surely they would want to get it back on the market asap, than wait for us to trek all the way up there a further 4 days later to view and test drive a car we are not going to buy?!I'm not unrealistic. I get why a deposit has to made, to avoid time wasters and lost sales opportunities, etc. However, I expect any company to deal fairly and on a case by case basis, using common sense and discretion when dealing with genuine customers. All this had happened in less than 24 hours, so the inconvenience to them and holding of the car was minimal. Also, when I look at the vehicle which should STILL be reserved, I am able to reserve it again, making their point invalid and their service seemingly a bit dodgy.Utterly disgusting behaviour from greedy people. It's companies like this that give dealerships a bad name.

I found a Vauxhall Mokka X on autotrader at Cars4u while searching for a ULEZ compliant car. We met Jag the saleman, super nice friendly guy. I felt no pressure into buying the car. But fell in love straight away as was just what I was looking for. Jag explained the whole process in detail and was really helpful. Thankyou once again. I purchased a car from this site last week and found the staff very helpful and Jag was very friendly making sure that the car was cleaned and serviced before collection and he also took us to the garage to put some petrol in the car and paid for it. Ready helpful and I would recommend them.

Please note. If you put a reservation fee on a vehicle before viewing and change your mind and cancel, you still need to go to the garage in person for a refund. If you live quite a distance I wouldn’t recommend it. I don’t see what the problem is to give a refund over the phone. If someone lives in East London for example and has an issue that they need to cancel or no longer want the car, it’s unreasonable to make them come all that way just to get their money back. It would save a lot of stress and anxiety for some people.A lot of car dealers have no problem giving refunds over the phone if someone changes their mind. I have no problems with Jag himself.

Awful, nearly 2 months on and still waiting for my ‘full refund’ as they sold me a car that was not fit for purpose. The car was delivered on a sunday, had the engine management light on when it arrived, was assured it was a simple fix, they sorted a garage to fix it, but they couldn’t and then the nightmare began.£10k car that couldn’t be driven. Don not buy anything from this place.Now they are refusing to pay me my final £500 of the full invoice.Absolutely disgraceful company and need to be shut down. Trading standards and solicitors involved now!
