Ann was the most wonderfully, helpful person to deal with whilst I was looking for the perfect flask to launch ecocuppa, (a system to bring together coffee shops to give customers a 50p discount on their hot drinks.)The beautiful designs that were offered were amazing and the black and copper really work well. This was a a fantastic service. Ann called me as soon as I inquired about getting a quote for two products. We had a fairly tight turnaround time but Ann ensured that the products were with us on time and was very communicative throughout the ordering process.The products themselves are of a good quality and reasonably priced.

We had the pleasure of working with Ann and her team and Buypromoproducts Ltd recently after another supplier badly let us down. We had been speaking to Ann about the supply of Selfie lights for our Conference goody bags, but due to budget we'd had to go with a different supplier initially. When we saw the quality of what they were going to provide we immediately cancelled and went back to Ann to see if she could rescue us. Happily Ann did, providing the items efficiently, even helping amend the graphics file for us, honoured the original quote although this became a rush order, and delivered the products to us in record time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ann and her team (although maybe don't take this as a blueprint of how to work with her!) and we are looking forward to working with her again for our 2024 event.
