I would say that the 40 year old with curly hair is just misunderstood. As for getting ID if you look 25 or younger without ID you might get ID take it as a compliment and get on with your life. Oh great store and staff :) Well done Tesco

Expensive is not the word! Seriously don't know how people can charge so much for something you can get from Poundland...and supermarkets..Yeah they have deals on now and them but still...ridiculous...staff are ok...too judgmental on people with young children! One staff actually helped me with my son when was having a meltdown.. took him to the side and asked if he wanted to help her while I did my shopping! Amazing! The rest of the staff just seem to look down there nose at us!

Avoid!!!!This store has the worst service than any Tesco I know or have been to , went to drop off my EVRI parcels this morning at 8:30 , no one on the manned tills , no problem I waited and waited then the Asian man that works on weekends only started to casually stroll in behind the tills , didn't even acknowledge me ,not said good morning, he then got the scanner and and said to me the scanner isn't loaded and I have to wait , I waited and waited again , then scanned.my parcels and said afterwards that he can it wait for the post office to start offering Evri to customers , I said I am sure Tesco gets money for the parcels , he said come on 3pence , I left the store and came back in and complained to Karina the store manager as I had the same problem 1 year ago with a different individual in that store , they do not want to work and they do not want to be in that store , They do not value customers or know the value that customers bring to that company , he also said to me that Tesco's do not want the grief of doing Evri parcels , if this is the behaviour of Tesco's staff , Tesco's shouldn't be doing any 3rd party concessions in their business .They always have smart comments to make in this store and I hope this gets dealt with yet again , if I have time I will be writing another email to the CEO as this store needs to be seriously investigated.

Helpful and friendly staff. The curly haired guy is funny idk what people's issue is? And as for getting ID'd geez, take it as a compliment. Pretty sure it's a legal requirement that gets spot checked and people get fined for not doing it. If you're over 25 and get asked for ID then well done you look young.

Guy with brown curly short hair possibly in his 40s, works there all the time. One of the most ignorant people that I've ever witnessed and that's based on going in very regularly. Quite disgusting really, if your reading this, have a word with yourself and try and maybe do something with your life!

I have to agree with the comments about the 40 year old bloke with short curly hair, tho I wouldn't use the words disgusting and I don't care about his life. But he needs to make more friends with customers instead of ignoring them. I have also been asked for ID, it's a joke, they should know how old I am by looking at me, it's not like there going to get in trouble with the police or a fine, they only work in Tesco, what gives them the right to ID me. Why the the 5* review your wondering?? Because the store has what I want, it's convenient, it's clean, and the rest of the staff are friendly. And one person doesn't make a store. I have no advice to give, don't think anything will change.

Appalling service from one of the members in there , definitely wouldn't call him a team member ( almost 6ft with grey hair ) , more of someone that is without a doubt a bully, I even had to complain to the ceo of tesco's about this individual's behaviour and attitude towards a customer that is bringing their parcels in for hermes. I wouldn't dare do any food shopping here for obvious reasons even though I live fairly close to this store . One rotten apple has spoiled the whole bunch indeed .

Don’t bother with your parcels/packages at this place. The obnoxious bald old bloke with earrings in will do everything not to take it, as will all the other useless staff. Computer isn’t working. Item won’t fit in the tiny cage. Etc etc - wonder why EVRI bother using this place, horrible staff with shocking attitudes

Clean well stocked. Very fiendly staff. A shame Naeem the old manager got moved to another branch. He too was very friendly towards the customers. I say bring him back.
