We've just spent last week in Pine Cottage on the Maenporth Estate outside Falmouth and just wanted to give a massive compliment to your cleaning team who prepared the cottage. It was outstandingly clean, the best we've encountered in over 35 years of self-catering cottage holidays. My job used to be an inspector of cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts for a housing association and I just can't help looking and checking! They have solved countless problems with my holiday property, always with a positive response and they are excellent in engaging with guests and helping to make their holiday a delightful experience. The property is always cleaned immaculately and they really take care of their clients, guests and homes. We have a holiday flat and changed to Tom and his team team for management and housekeeping services earlier this year. We are delighted we did this. In Covid days, top standards of cleaning and laundry services are essential and Tom's team have been brilliant. We have received many complimentary comments from guests too, who love the way the flat is set up to welcome them when they arrive in wonderful Falmouth. Finally, Tom offers a 24/7 call-out service to guests: so useful for little things which can usually be resolved by Tom over the phone. And as we often overseas, we are so happy that our property is in competent and caring hands.

We booked a cleaning company for our sons end of student tenancy as we are 7hrs away, the company we booked cancelled the week before with no explanation.Falmouth Cleaning Management, especially Tom, stepped in at the last minute and did an outstanding job.The student accommodation provider was delighted with the level of cleanliness and said they didn’t think it was that good when our son moved in!!!We can’t thank Tom enough and highly recommend his team and company.

Falmouth cleaning management have been absolutely excellent. We've been renting our house over the summer weeks for a few years now, but never have we felt so relaxed that our place was being looked after. Great communication whenever something went wrong (always a solution provided) but most importantly they could help anticipate problems! We have had excellent reviews on AirBnB in huge part to the levels of cleanliness. Coming back to our house was a delight, and looked newer and cleaner than ever before. Thank you so much!
