IMO Car Wash

I was so impressed by the standard of professionalism and level of quality and pride. Nassim and Sam were very polite and friendly. Sam carried out the full valet on my car. It was like a brand new car again. I appreciated the time and effort it took. And the value for money is amazing. My daughter recommended IMO to me and i will be recommending to my friends. Thankyou you have made my day!

I took my car to this carwash and i am very pleased with the service the car was clean perfectly. Definetly be back again

Very sad to give this review. I have used this place before and been happy but on this occasion my car was left covered with dry soap (a bit like washing powder). Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home so didn't immediately return. When I went back to show them, the attendant was very rude, tried to imply I was lying and suggested it had fallen from the sky. Another customer even got involved, saying they were good guys, as if I was the problem. Only when I attempted to leave and said I would put in a complaint, did he offer to wash it again. It came out a lot better. However, the whole experience was very unpleasant and I wished I hadn't bothered going back. I won't be using this place again.

Would not even give it one star. Avoid at all costs. When they pre jet wash the car, they have set it way too high and blasted the xenon headlights, one flooded with water inside, damaged the whole headlight so everything stopped working. Brand new headlight looked at by vauxhall at cost of £1200. Thanks very much guys.

Bad experience.They don't have the scanner to read the pre-paid wash using their app, so I had to start arguing with the employee to get my wash and showing him the receipt. He accepted but as doing me a favour..I paid for the ultra HD service, that includes everything. After that, the car is still showing dirty spots and specially the wheels are very badly cleaned. Nothing expected when you are paying for the most complete service.Very disappointed with the service, I wouldn't recommend it and I will not repeat.

I took my car to this carwash last week and I can honestly say it has been the best experience I have had.The guys were friendy and my car was immaculate. I will definitely be going back. Thanks guys

BEWARE! Used Ultra HD service today on my AMG Mercedes-Benz. Resulted in my car alloys blistering and a scratch on my car bonnet. I am completely shocked and extremely upset by the outcome. Have emailed Customer services team and now awaiting a response.

I regularly visit IMO car wash in Cowley and happy with the service. But this one was terrible. This is how it looks the car after a wash. Machine is def not effective, Looks like not washed at all.

To start with the staff appeared disinterested with one directing me into position while reading his phone. I paid for the £10.50 which included an under chassis clean. The lower part of the car was still covered in grit from the roads. To top off my lousy experience I discovered that one of the front alloys (the one dragged by the conveyer) now has a 3 inch scratch. I know it's from their system as there is pale coloured plastic residue all over it. Didn't notice this until I decided to clean the car the next day after the shocking wash I received at this lack lustre company.

Unhappy about my last visit here.I bring all my customers cars here and I decided to purchase the service to have the tyres dressed.When I come out of the car wash I had pre payed for the tyre dressing and I got out and noticed the staff member was dressing the tyres whilst they were still wet.As having experience in valeting I know the tyres should be dried before applying the dressing otherwise it won't last like it should. When I asked the staff why isn't he drying the tyres before applying the dressing he replied i have to pay £7 to have the car dried. I then said I don't want it dried I just want the tyres dressed. If you offer an additional service to dress the tyres as a paying customer I expect it to be done correctly and professionally. I do not recommend this service if this is the way they do it. You can see in the picture which I took 30 minutes after driving the car away that the dressing does not last when appplied to wet tyres.
