The Gym Group Liverpool Great Homer Street

This is a fantastic gym! I have been a member of The Gym in Great Homer Street for 4 years and absolutely love my experience thus far. By far the best facility around. The Gym is open 24/7 inc bank holidays so you are not limited to when you can go. Its easy accessible and in a great location, free parking, great equipment and classes to suit everybody.The gym is very clean and staff members take cleanliness seriously. There are cleaning products available throughout the gym area for personal use and members are encouraged to wipe down their stations after use.The staff here are incredibly friendly and extremely qualified and take an interest in you no matter what your fitness level is.I PT with Jamie Watt, who is an amazing trainer and one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Deciding to PT with Jamie was the best decision I could have made, I could not have a chosen better person - I only wish I started sooner.Prior to Jamie I kept with the same routines with no results and struggled with knowing how to change but Jamie was patient and has taught me so many different, varied exercises I would never have attempted before and given me the confidence I was lacking in the gym.Jamie makes every session challenging and fun and I look forward to every session. He is extremely reliable and punctual – always set up and ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned and ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.I would recommend Jamie to anyone looking or thinking of getting a PT, you won’t regret it

I've been at this gym for the past six months now and really enjoy it. The classes are great and I appreciate it being open 24hr when I have tricky shift patterns. I've had Jamie Watt as a PT for the past four months and have made so much progress. He listened to my goals and pushes me to achieve them. Having a PT also meant I could ask how to use some of the gym machines I wasn't so sure about which was really helpful. Highly recommend

Such a great place to work out I'll be starting a PT program with Jamie and really looking forward to itI love the app which tells you so many things and how many people are already in the gym before you decide to go.

USP of Gym Group is it is 24*7 open. Large enough to host large number of gym goers with sufficient equipments. Good trainers. Premises has good enough parking space. With little additional amount one can workout at any gym group across Liverpool.

One of the best gyms in Liverpool with all the facilities needed in the gym with showers for ladies and gents. Very clean and tidy. All members clean the machines after use. The trainers and other staff are very supportive. It is 24hrs so pop in whenever you want or bring your friend 4 times a month. Highly recommended
